Term 3 already....

Thomas has once again turned up at the start of the term all smiles and enthusiasm.
It's great to get back after the holidays and start the term so happily. Thanks Tom.😃

This week we have just settled back into routines and Tom has enjoyed being back at school.
He was given a present from one of our music Teachers Sue Mepham. She had knitted him some awesome finger-less gloves with Otago coloured buttons.
He just loves them.
We made her a thank you card and gave it to her at special music on Thursday.

Tom has set himself some pretty awesome goals at the start of the term. We will keep checking in to see how he is getting on.

Fun in the Starlab (Matariki)

Room 5 had the exciting opportunity

to enter the Starlab and learn about some special star constellations.

Matariki and the Southern Cross and Orion's Belt to name a few.

Room 5 also did some artwork for Matariki.

Lots of time and effort put into this Tom. Cool colours too.

Tom really loved this amazing space.
He was out of his chair lying on the floor looking up at the beautiful stars with his classmates.
