Otago Girls Junior Production

This afternoon we traveled by bus to Otago Girls High School to watch their junior school production.
We were excited to see the Highlanders bus at the school gate.
the production was full of mystery, humour, song and dance.
It was a great performance and Tom really enjoyed it.
It was great to see so many ex Balmacewen girls performing too.

Fun Friday (Masks)

On Friday for Full Steam ahead I was in a group making mask.
We started off with a plain plastic mask and we began to cover the whole mask with small pieces of tape.

Today Tom completed covering his mask and next week we will be ready to start thinking about how to decorate it.
Tom wanted to work in the quiet of Room 12 today.

Today Tom decided how to decorate his mask. he is going for a Darth Vader look, so we researched how to make Darth Vader masks and chose this one.

cross country

Mr Brew was amazing at cross country. He did his very best and I helped him around the course. 😉
I went with Ange to het ger shoes so she could help us at cross country as well. i liked her truck. so cool..
We were lucky to have my all terrain wheelchair to make cross country a bit easier and a lot more fun.
i was proud of myself because i was nervous but i did it anyway.
